New to this server, But not new to Mir

Im not new to mir, played it tooo much to think about it lol

Im just a little confused as to this server, Im only a level 40 warrior but i see people walking around with some really good gear on. And all the people i ask where they get it either dont reply or just say i dunno.

Now i really like this server, top notch one finally is here. Just i dunno where to get some good stuff from

Can someone tell me where i should go? Also people selling things for millions up millions, Im lucky to get above 400k ><
