no working mini maps

Just fixing and updating the mini maps, if you know of a map where the mini map dont work can you post it please so i can get it fixed for reboot.

The mini-map in eviltemple is broken, though it doesn't have any mobs in there anyways, perhaps you could add HellGuardian as a sub boss with EvilLord or EvilEmperor as a temple boss in there, with loadsa beefed up stuff spawning around the temple too. Be a nice new hunting area lol

the mini map in in noob prov or the lack of 1 n when u go in the cave theres just darkness u can see the npc but fk all apart from that

added mini map and town map for noon prov. The cave map in map number rr12, you can get it from the auto patcher.

Also added maps for
lost prov, mini and town map (press B)
GT outdoor minimap.
Fixed Evil prov town map, it dont take up the whole of the screen now.
