It's a permanent ban for all the accounts.
When Nasir spawned the BichonLords by mistake before WildGal dropped 2 items 1 was a heaven helmet and the other was a HeavenBelt ACC+7 DarkWizzy has helped me catch this guy for not returning Since you said the Log wasn't working I had to find another way to find this guy.

I spawned 3 Archers in MW Storage shop and while he was trying to deal with DarkWizzy I @incpkpoint HoritaRo 500 on him he dropped his bag.

Since DarkWizzy has helped to catch this guy I've leveled him from 66-67 even though he was at about 50% exp.

nice one of getting the item back and working out who the nasty theif was.

but leveling someone from 66-67 when all they did was stand there for a trade seems a little extreme to me especially when lapta doesnt even like giving staff gamegold/exp ingame as rewards. ( i had the idea of having a GM funded character to lead a noob guild and help the noobs out - but lapta didnt like the idea)

so i have started a character funded by my brothers items/funds lol already sold on his tele ring, which gave me a nice 700mil to work with.

but still nice work getting the item back. if anything it should before windgal to reward darkwizzy as it was her item. imo anyway :P
