well #1 was a bit of a side idea to the whole safe/pvp free hunting areas.
if we were to create a major map update which had loads of maps that were safe from pvp this would help out with the pking problem involving levelers that arent intertested in bosses.
but my original intention was that their shouldnt be any drops in these places or any bosses, but with with the current changes to the drop files with orbs becomming rare and cash being reduced some what i think we should consider putting cash into the mobs in the safe hunting areas, and with the bosses that are there i think they should have between 250k-1mil per boss in cash. (so you get loads of piles of gold hitting the floor with the boss drops because it looks cool and everyone loves picking up massive piles of cash)
so whilst in the safe areas you can level and make the money you would need to go out and buy the items that would be dropping from the PVP areas.
now this is where the new idea comes in.
seeing as we would have loads of maps that are safe, and loads of maps that were pvp, we could remove the guards from the PVP maps but make all the towns there safe.
without any guards and safe towns this means that we can have npcs that can actually reward pk points or if possible we could buy things with the points.
at the moment the people the pk tend to just drop a blizzard or a 1hit spell on a player before the other player has a chance to know whats happening, but if the whole place was designed to have you pking people and getting rewards for doing so (in the form of redeemable pk items from points) the server would not only change and i think suit quite a lot of the members, but i will also give those that are worried about pvp a chance to actually decide when they are ready to be under threat instead of just having the game ruined for an afternoon then not looking back at it.

its todo with spreading the wealth around the server rather than removing it this time.
over the last week i have been praising PSC somethign crazy, the reason is becausei spent a good few hours hunting it and collecting up loads of bones.
those bones then sold for the best part of 25mil. so all the claims that money cant be made arent totally true, you just have to know how to. (im working on a little website that should hopefully give tips and advice for this sort of thing - its taking shape slowly)
but someone mentioned that we should have high level quests that require large quantities of noob items, Booty items i think would be the best thing to go for in these cases.
the bones are currently used to make bone hammers which repair your kit, how about we have a quest that can create orbs that will work on things like pro rings/paras.
if we needed 1000 bug legs, spiderwebs, 250 human hearts and 20mil to make an orb that can be used on UBER items, this means the people who can afford the uber item (the people with all the cash) will undoubtly start spending loads of cash to make their uber items better.
that idea itself may not be viable but i really think having quests involving the collection of nooby items/booty items is a great way to distribute cash around the server.
