How does mir-cheat work

I was going to post this on emily's post to answer tar's question since lone closed it im bringing this mir related matter to all to discuss but no flame please.
First of all im not bothered to argue with you on G36's issue anymore, either he deserved to be banned or not its already the fact, im saying something here to those who is so 'sure' cheat working on MR.
MIR2 is a server based online game which means your client is just a program to enble you to send data to the server, when you try to do an 'action' ingame, a certain numbers of datas are sending to the server side then the server would response after all datas analysied, 'cheat' means you have to caputre those datas which server sends back to you then change it to something else by using some programmes. and yes it is detectable, if someone cheats there will be solid proof when you check the char on the server side.

also you talking about packet editing and then sending those packets to the server.

if lapta sees this post asking how to get cheats to work you might find your own account banned, as hes not keen on any type of cheat.


if you are so set on proving that there arent cheats for mir please show us the evidence from every single computer that connects to mir that shows theres no cheats and then go through all the companies in china that produce cheats for these games along with all the other companies that produce cheats for these games.



We know that in the past there have been cheats lots and lots of cheats ranging from character having dc/sc/mc 1000 to having permenent light in caves.

so if they were available for the old servers 1.4/1.9 why isnt it possible that they are avaiable for 2.3? the reason people assume the foreginers cheat is because in the past it has ALWAYS been that way, the first cheaters on Phoenix server came from the philopines (sorry i spent that wrong >.<) i knwo this because i had a matey that used to be friends with them and got access to the mir lander program they were using, i ended up getting a copy (i think istill have the floopy disc somewhere) which had an evaluation version of the cheats on it which included, light in caves/run through/ no mobs bodies so you could see drops easy/auto lots of things like that, i think even drop view was in it.

o yea loads of the features you have ingame at the moment all came from cheats "Auto Rev" for instance was a cheat that was adapted theres other ingame at as well but they escape me atm.


you asked for proof that cheats exist, THEY DO I HAVE A COPY of old cheats on a floopy disc, technology evolves new viruses are written every single minute of every single day why cant you understand that Cheats are also created every single day.

and when you make your character look like a cheater and then have people like yourselves going crazy over the issue, thats normally a sign of someone thats cheating.


you obviously havent been playing the game for a very long time or else you would know there are cheats avaiable for mir

so instead of trying to piss people off and keep a topic going on and on and on (you did bring up G36 in the other thread no one else)


so now that i have given some background on why we believe cheats may be out there for mir, i want to see your proof that proves without a shadow of a doubt, that staff should stop wasting time with all these cheat accusations and just accept the fact that cheats dont exist (which will not happen because the staff arent stupid enough to think that what we have no is all were gonna get)

so instead of me wasting more time getting more and more evidence that supports my claim that CHEATS MIGHT EXIST, i wanna see proof from this other guy that support his claim that cheats cant exist.

speed hacks are programs wich speed up data sent/recieved by client.. so u can run and attack fast.. if you have an uber pc u can litteraly hit twice before the other person can swing once.

these are the main cheats being used on mr atm i think, but its in the minority, and i have to say its mainly in marm1on guild

twice now in the last week i have fought a couple of ppl who i was totally unable to catch even with poisoncloud or curse because they were moving way too fast.
this you might think it is just because i am **** but the fact that it was in gc where there is not really room to miss.
i can only guess that they were using some sort of speed cheat even dodging the hard ghouls attack.
in the past i have been hit by fc that has missed me on the screen but still caused the damage.

i have seen someone work out what packet is needed to swing his sword, he then teled in to mir king room and made his sword swing 2000 times in 1 second, whilst he was facing the mir king, the mob instantly died (well i say instantly there was a second or 2 lag as the server got lag from processing 2000 sword swing commands) but he was able to change the amount of swings and could kill anything he wanted, due to being able to send the command and have the mob lag along with the server.


theres alot to be said for packet editing.

but theres the kind of cheats that lukie has been victem of where he pks yet he instantly turns red instead of yellow.


so as soon as we can get an explaination about that im sure people would be more willing to belive that it wasnt a cheat of some kind.

so far you have shown NOTHING to prove your point, so please before you start trying to make me look bad please have a decent rebuttle instead of some crap about me not giving evidence, have you not read the thread?


if you want a reasonable convocation fine but dont try and take the high ground saying you cant be bother to argue about G36 when its you that brings her.him up all the time and ends up making him/her look bad when everyone posts what they think - i've said it hundreds of times, here say on these forums can destroy peoples opinions of others weather its true or not, which is why i close the majority of threads that end up going that way.
