kk i thought id do this poll 2 c wat the peeps of mir feel about this situation. kk iv bin playn mir revenge since the start, well nearly and i think its worse now than ever b4. 6 months ago the server was fun to play wiv bosses droppn fine,alot of peeps hunting and fighting for bosses and body drops was not an issue as boss drops were fine 2 compensate this. i think the server is on the verge of turning into a carebare server. this is just my opion and i hope this is not deleted. alot of high lvl players av quit or just dont bother playn no more, y is this as a few months back everything was fine. i think where it all went wrong is wen ven/ircheatn changed the drop files(think thats who it was).

instead of encorporating 2 polls into one and making people decide to either 1 way or the other could you start up 2 polls which give them options over each?

lol with the polls in the past and the way they have been interpreted it confuses people and you end up getting bum results.


Boss drops and body drops are seperate issues and should be treated as such imo.

also having options like i just dont care wastes peoples votes, if they dont care they wont vote anyway so theres no point in confusing the issue with them.





also i just want to add, people dont stay addicted to games for ever, i think i have played over a hundred different servers in my time some i loved but left because i achieved everything and just got bored and havnt been back since.
6months ago we had alot of **** head players around causing lots of trouble for certian players and staff members which seemed to get people fired up and everyone had someone to aim their agreesion and pk attempts at, but the people getting attacked were able to defend themselves so they didnt come crying about the problems they were facing, but since these people have been removed it does seem like its got quiter round here but also the user count has gone up.

so these high levelers leaving doesnt seem to have any bad effect on the server because they are simply replaced by new members who have different opinions about whats good for the server and due to the amount of people who are starting with out pvp experience and with bad feelings about pking we change the server to help accomodate them, in the same way that they always have been.

so instead of keeping the server exactly the same for an entire year we change things/update things to stop people getting bored.

so using people leaving the server as an excuse isnt really great because the server count is at the highest its been for quite some time.

not using peeps as an excuse 4 leavn just sayn that when there was these peeps on u used 2 av 2 fight 4 the boss u wanted and things like sabuk wall.had many a good fight 4 sabuk wall. wens the last time there was a fight 4 sabuk wall, i cant remember. now peeps r scared of losing items and if they do they start complaining 2 gm's. the amount of items i've lost thru fighting 4 sabuk/bosses and town pk'n is quite high but i've never gon crying 2 a gm about it. its the way it goes just means u gotta work harder to get them items back.

as for new peeps coming into game, every1 starts as a noob and its up 2 u 2 get lvl'd and improve kit. i've had 2 put alot of hours into lvln my warr 2 70 and wen higher lvl players were solon better bosses than me i just thought i gotta put the effort in to solo them bosses 2.

your always gunna get peeps moaning about higher players and wot they got but peeps dont think bout stuff b4 they go moaning, here is a great example 4 uh :- kk there was a thread a little while ago, sum1 moaning about possed guards and how there drops r to good and its not fair so they was changed, but wen they was droppn (u) orbs the peeps which were hunting them was selln em vary cheap so noobs could afford 2 orb/improve there kit 4 little money. they was then changed and now (u)orbs r dear to buy 4 the average player. after this a thread appear'd by the same person moaning about the drops and prices of stuff, i.e (u)orbs. this just made me laugh cuz like i said 2 him 'its ur own fault 4 moaning bout the possed guard drops'.

so yes its good that gm's change things for new players but the main aims of the game are lvln/making cash/improve kit and bosses/drops. lvln side of things is good and 4 a wizz pretty easy 2 get 2 lvl 60 quickly. as for making cash/improve kit and bosses/drops well we all no how ard it is 4 a high lvl 2 make cash now so for a noob i dread to think. i remember wen i was a noob a good little money maker was wt but now its just a waste of time.same wiv bone lord/dd/ec which i class a noob bosses but now a waste of time 2 kill.

people no the rules of the game wen they start as in they can drop wen they die so if thats not for u then y start 2 play. say if it gets to the point of no drops wen u die how ever will peeps make cash/improve kit wen players wont drop and bosses dont drop either? we'r not asking for bosses 2 drop uber everytime but wen u kill 10 bone lords in a row u hope for more than a basic pill!!!!!

its not hard to make money.

the rare item drops have been reduced.


if you want money you need to work at it, as you say your not afraid of a little work to further your character so ill say the same to you.

go spend 1 hours in psc and collect every bone you see, then go to the trust merchant and undercut the cheapest price on there.

you wont get rich in a day like you used to be able to do but you will make between 5-25 mill without much effort.

i leveled my wizzy in psc from about level 40 and so far have made over 80mil from bones alone and i started the character no more than 2 weeks ago.

Bones have become my main source of income and there are other things out there that work as well.


the rare drops have been reduced and im all for it, i would prefer to go and kill 50 wts and get 1 orb and have an increased stat rather than kill 1 wt get an orb and know 100% that who ever else comes in next to kill the wt will get the next orb so i may as well stay and pk the guy for it, then the kings room fights start.


and as for the bonelord drop, his is fine, i managed to get a heavenbelt drop from it the other day you just must be unlucky :P


when you look at the drop files and you see that a heavenbelt is supposed to drop 1/1000 that means that 1000 bonelord need to die before a heavenbelt might drop. so if the bonelord spawns once every hours thats 1000 hours before another belt drops thats 41 days or 5.8 weeks, so you killing 10 bonelords doesnt really mean you should get a great item in those 10 kills you still have 990 more to go.


so keep on killing and eventually the items will drop for you, but 10 isnt enough to be classed as a good attempt in my opinion.

lol yeah i was quite gob smacked ^^ an hour earlier i had borrowed one of a mate of my brothers than doesnt play anymore and i was seriously debateing wether to sell it, but then boom another.

Yeah when the drop files were changed in December they were totally screwed up. There's no doubt about that at all, if not for Lapta's Christmas event I really doubt there would have been a single rare item added to the game between December and last week.
Currently Dave is working on the drop files and they are much much better since last week. Other than JinchonTemple the new drop files have been added without a major problem. Oma Lord is the only boss still broken, every other boss is dropping very fairly now. I made 60m last night from killing 3 bosses before I went to bed, that's pretty reasonable if you ask me.

I think alot of the reason people are complaining about drops is because Ice Temple is no longer clearly bugged and the Guadians in there are not dropping 15mil each every time you kill them. It was too easy and allowing 3~5 people to get uber uber rich and now we're all going to pay for not reporting the bug sooner (the GMs are about to seriously nerf a few very good dungeons to remove gold from the game).

As for body drops, I'm not pleased with their reduction however I can see both sides of the argument and it doesn't really make much difference, I'll still drop everyone I see hunting who is not in AxionKnights even with body drops totally removed from the game - I just enjoy pvp.
