The only thing i can think possible would be a database error with it. But only with the one she is wearing. But thats probably 100% wrong.

as far as i know them items that are bugged like that dont actually effect the stats you have when doing things.

Who knows, Lapta needs to check that out, if it happens with one it may happen with another... also dura 0/1 suggests its been used, how long has this remained under the radar? Can this happen with other stuff?

this happens like once every 2 of 3 months.

No idea how it happens, it could be down to cheating but it could be a bug in the software somewhere.

either way the items get deleted as soon as they are spotted.

if any one is seen to be using a bug item out hunting or pk'ing there will get banned for it.
