On a scale of 1 to 10 how would you rate your knowledge and understanding of M.R?: 9. I picked up everything I know from Dave (when he was a player) and Auntsally plus I play mir purely for the gossip, it's hard to not learn almost everything.

Have you ever been banned before?: No. Only on the forum for getting pob pissed off, I stand by my statement, he is a tool. The only abuse I've ever given out ingame was to Reject.

Would you be willing to take orders from GM's and keep to the GM Rules?: Yes duh
Do you agree to the terms and conditions, and the rules of Mir Revenge?: I have never read them fully. If this is a problem I'll go get my glasses.

Have you ever been banned on Mir Revenge?: I havent ever been banned on mir revenge because i like to obey the rules and not misbehave if you like. I dont think it is a good idea to disobey the rules that the GM's set lol, it just gives you a lot less time on the game. When you could be playing and leveling up you get banned lol.

How long can you play your Advisor, if accepted, everyday? (in hours): I could play my Advisor All day from 3pm Onwards on weekdays and weekends from when i get up til late. I spend alot of my time on MirRevenge and want to spend it well with the community of Mir.
Do you have any experience in the Advisor position? If so, Explain: Well not a advisor but i have been a GM on several servers, such as my dads, and a few older Servers. I have the experience and knowledge or a good GM. I like GM'ing on servers, and know the role of a half GM. (Advisor)
Do you agree to the mir revenge rules and would you be willing to take orders from GMs: Yes, I agree to the rules and i do like taking orders from the other GM's.

I have for the last several days been a temporary Advisor in the game.
A few people have asked some sensible questions and I have been able to help, but mostly people have been sarcastic and rude but not to the extent of reporting. I will add that AuntSally has been very sarcastic and seemed quite put out that he had not been selected. I have known him for a long time and am suprised at his attitude towards this idea.
Our roles were not really outlined so it has been hit and miss really.
One thing I have been doing is when I see a new player or someone level up I have welcomed the new players (level 7) and congratulated others on achieving level 22 upwards.
I have to say all except an odd named one who it looks to be griefing ( no real proof as yet) in BW have responded really nicely and seemed very pleased with my input.
It is difficult to spend a long time just wandering about BW or MW when most people are standing about afk or harmlessly chatting. So no Advisor will ever be on for hours on end or could be expected to be as this is a voluntary post.
I hope that Advisors can also feed back to Staff, players thoughts and ideas when they are constructive and would definitely add to the game play.
I ran my own guild on Euro Mir for a long time and gave tons of help and advice on there.
In r/l I am Chair of several Boards and my job in that is definitely advisory. I have to make many decisions based on my knowledge.
Why should we consider you as an advisor?: I enjoy the game very much and believe I would be an asset to Mir Revenge and it’s players. My age puts me into quite a different category and people will get polite and helpful guidance from me.

How long can you play your Advisor, if accepted, everyday? (in hours): sunday nights. 6+ hours mondays n tuesdays. depending on my shift hours in the week at least 1-3hours i have 2 pcs next ot each other so can leave advisor on + my normal chara.
Do you have any experience in the Advisor position? If so, Explain: Yes well ive helped dave and neji with alot of testing throughout mir and did sum work for dave wen he was sorting out and ingame issue i was answering any questions that people had (ask dave im gooood :P)

i thought everyone that applied to the orginal application were to be accepted and given a trial.

how come its changed again?

i still dont have a clue how or what these advisers are going to do.

so far all i can tell they may or may not get a character ingame, they may or may not have to change their current title ingame to adviser, they may or may not get a forum position where the name gets changed to adviser but they dont actually get any powers.

so from what i can actually tell, all this is going to do is to change a users title from "registered" to "Adviser" if its a forum thing, and if its a ingame thing they dont get to choose a guild title anymore for their own characters, and if they get a new character they will end up not using either their current one due to being online adivsing all the time, or they wouldnt bother logging on the adviser character and would just play the game normally.

dont get me wrong im all for getting people to help out, but if all these guys are applying for is a change of title do they actually know that? they arent expecting to get edit powers for the forum or gm powers ingame are they.

anyway im gonna stay out of this until i understand the actual aim of it.

as i mentioned yesterday when i discribed my idea for the focus group.

it was "Forum" based idea where the users were given a new title and access to a section of the forum only that had access to (along with staff) so they could take the best ideas from the main section of the forum discuss/develop and present so lapta was able to look over them and select what would be used.

so heres my dilema

1)is this based on the forum or ingame?

2)as the users given any powers or are they just getting given a title

3)What will this offer that users cant get from the forum already?

4) are you planning on making sure there is someone on 24/7 or will it be when ever they are online.

5) im sure i could thnk of something else but its not comming to mind >.<

Well, the other GMs wish to pick the trialists as it may seem, so ive given them the opportunity.

Secondly, The advisors will get a Title, no forum powers, MAYBE little ingame powers such as @viewwhisper (thats doubtful though), But their main role is to answer any questions ingame, especially since the GMs are mainly busy right now.

1 thing i can say from the list above is i dont like lukie1990 and i really dont want him to have anything to do with the staffing part of this server as whenever he had the chance he always made it seem he had some sort of influence over lapta (which i am 90% sure he didnt).

i remember alot of bad things coming to us from the bing forum account but i have seen nothing but good from him/her in the last couple of months.

oh and 1 more thing, i dont want these advisers to view this section of the forum aswell as we can. maybe make a staff sub section with levels of restriction ie so we can discuss their performance and so we can give them the chance to give opnions on some ideas

The advisor's will ONLY answer general questions ingame. They WONT handle ANY GM cases, and WONT get any forum/ingame powers/treatment from our current staff. If we're going to consider giving anyone some ingame powers, then I recommend D1craig.

well if they are just answering questions we should be going for those that are online alot and have a good knowledge of mir revenge.

in addition to giving them a little title ingame, could we get a npc that would display their names if they were online at the time, so users dont need to global to ask for an adviser, they could just check the adviser admin npc in safezone kind of thing.

i would agree a no to lukie though

with this type of position would it be best to have quite a few, so there is always someone online?
