All ingredients that stack GONE

OMG every one of my stackable ingredients as bones large and small, mushrooms, threads, cannibal fruit, cannibal leaves, bugs eyes, mandibles, bugshells, bug legs,
every single ingredient to make event items or just to keep like scorpion tails etc are all missing.
I collected them on one char and because lately you could not trade I would throw them on the floor for my store char to hold.
I had loads of bones as I was doing the pet quest, spider webs in the hundreds,
there is no way I can say exactly how many of each item I had but why should every single collectable ingredient even marbles that I had some of every type all gone!!!

Last night we could not store anything so I had 200 small bones and 100 large bones on my main char and this what what made me see stackables have all gone!!!
There were none in the wallet and he was logged off way before the reboot.

When I went to look in his store the bones over 1000 small and several 100 large were missing as well as maggot pills.
So I logged on my other account which has my storage char and every item at least 22 types have all gone !!!

Anyone else have this happen !!!

I am gutted I have been mindlessly collecting items for the pet quest for so long now.
To find every single item has as if been wiped out of existence.

I looked for anything about stackables in the title and saw none.
