The spam fliter on the email server just blocked them, so i didn't get them.

I just received an email stating my char was banned for item duping.

It is an insult. Never did i done any griefing, cheating, nor duping at any time while in the game. I did not level my char just to be accused of cheating.

Fact of the case:
There is 2 quest on going during the consideration of this case. Pet quest and fatesword quest.
Even at the onset the need of bones, largebones, threads, etc is already a formidable quantity.

Merit of the case:
I duped to finished the quest.
The presence of stacked items in your storage is not an evidence of cheating. The fact that the quantity present in my storage is still fall far below the requirement to complete the redjade set is an evidence by itself that i still need ingredients. (Still 4 pcs not yet hardened). If i duped items i should have finished the quest more times over. It is very easy to check which character finished the quest as i am sure that is just quite a few.

I duped to get gold.
My character barely have just over 340M. Been saving for an armor for along time and this aint even half to buy me a decent heaven armor. And this character hold the money of the guild as it bought items that my members need.
I did not sold any quest ingredients item in TM or any other char. That could be check in the database.

And if i did not have any quest reward on hand nor gold as result of selling duped items, what would be the reason for duping?

Just received a message that item i sold in TM have a unique numbers and considered as duped items. I do not know what items is or are those. I know that there are problems happening as stackable items are vanishing, reappearing, items can be stacked, items can not be stocked, can be sold, can not be sold etc..
I hope that glitched in the database which several have been admitted happened will not be blamed to players which got nothing to do with them. If i duped to get gold then i would have uber items to parade or done some harassment just to show off.

Sometimes in an investigation, one need not only have evidences but importantly the motive.

As i have said, the players are just an invited guest here and i am myself greatful as i have fun playing this server.

My guild and other character is non pk guild. We did not grief nor bother any player except when we try to level noobs which we personally don't know but just want to help.

I would leave freely with gratitude if you just ask but please, don't impute cheating as i do advocate fair play in game and in real life.

Yeah you'd be best off talking to lapta on msn about it. People have been unbanned who have done far worse so you should be alright if you've not duped anything.
