    Hope this helps:-

The Lover Quest can be started once you and your lover have been together for 100 days or more.

The following are the steps you need to follow in order to complete the Lover Quest and obtain the CoupleRings. For the vast majority of these steps, both you and your lover need to be with the NPCs.

Go to SerpentValley Item Shop and Buy a SnakeLiquer.

Go to the MongchonScout (He's located in the Bichon Casino Kitchen) and give him the Liquer. He will tell you a short story, mentioning someone who died near DeathValley.

Go to Mongchon Province, and head to 82:136. There's a BrokenSkeleton there. The man needs to "speak" to the skeleton and he will retrieve a LeftJadePiece (this is a "bracelet" item, but don't put it on, or the NPCs you speak to next won't know you have it).

The man must then speak to the Weapon Man in MW (Ask about Jadepiece). He will mention the Jade piece is a rare item and it must have taken some expert crafting to create it.

The man then speaks to the Accessory NPC in Gi-Ryoong. She will also tell you a little about the jadepiece, and tell you it is quite a valuable item.

Go to the Accessory NPC in TaoSchool. Make sure the woman is now holding the LeftJadePiece and she speaks to him. He will explain yet more information about the Jade, and explain that it was created on "another continent" (There's your hint).

Go to the Weapon NPC in SV. Once again, make sure the woman is holding the Jade. He will also give you hints as to it's location.

Finally, go to the Weapon NPC on Prajna Island (you must talk to every NPC above first) with your lover. The man must be holding the JadePiece again at this point. The NPC will not give you the "talk about jade" option unless your lover is in the room with you. He will tell you a brief story about a man who once came in here and wanted him to create something special. He seemed in a hurry...and had a woman with him named Helen.

Go to WoomyonWoods and find Helen. She's located at 311:81. First let the man speak to her. She will tell you that her mother married a man she didn't love, and that she doesn't trust men at all. Give the JadePiece to your woman, and let her speak to Helen. She will then tell you about her parents death, and that she wishes she knew the whole truth about it. The dialogue will also mention she is holding the Rightjadepiece.

Speak to kumbun (located in WoomyonWoods - 239:301), and he will tell you the full story of Helen's parents. It doesn't matter who's holding the JadePiece at this point, but make sure both lovers hear the story from him.

Go back to Helen again, and let the woman speak to her. She will give you the RightJadePiece and ask you to join the pieces back together.

You now need to "craft" the two pieces into a JadePlate. To do this, you need the two pieces, and at least purity 16 Ruby, Platinum and Gold. Once you have these, go with your lover back to Prajna Island and let the man speak to the Weapon NPC again, who will create a JadePlate for you.

Take the JadePlate to Helen who will then make you a pair of CoupleRings. The woman should speak to her first with the JadePlate in her bag, then when she has her ring, the man should. You should then both have your rings.

Can Red Players complete the quest?

Yes, they can. You will need a recall set and the assistance of one non-red character (doesn't have to be one of the lovers). With the exception of the SerpentValley NPC at the start (Who sells you the SnakeLiquer), all the other NPCs are either indoors, or out of Guard range.

The NPCs in question will talk to you, even if you're red.

The CoupleRings are items with special attributes. Unlike normal items there are some important things you need to know about them.

When both lovers wear the rings, they allow you to teleport to your lovers position. Typing @meetcouple will do this. Unlike a recall set, the person who types the command is the person who will teleport, in other words, if you type @meetcouple, you are recalled to your lover.

The command is subject to the same restrictions as the Recall Set. Anywhere you can't recall, you also can't use the @meetcouple command. Please note you get no message at all if it won't work in that particular area.

The command only works once; you then get a message saying to try again later. Despite the implications of the message, the ring will not work again until you log out and back in. Only the person who typed the command will need to do this.

    You can store these items.

You can repair these items as normal.

You can gem or orb them, but gemming still has the risk of breaking the item. If you break your ring you will not be given another one.

They must never be dropped. If you drop it, it will disappear for good. It will not land on the floor, it will just vanish.

    You cannot trade them.

You can sell them to the shop.

You cannot drop this item when you die, either by mob or player, from your body or from your bag. Your PK status will also not affect this.
