bit of help required

anyone managing to run mir on a laptop with vista and a dual core processor?
can seem to run anything other than mirrevenge.
when i try to run mir i get a quarter blank screen the same as if you try to open 2 mir programs on a normal pc?

Ye m8 im running fine with it, when i first got the laptop and put mir on i was lagging like hell think it was a problem with vista at the time, i downloaded the full server again a cple days ago and works fine now

That happened to me, its to do with the graphics card.. I'm not sure how to sort it. Unistalling my drivers and resorting back to not using them worked for me lol

Try using Vista compatibility mode

and a bit of advice: try to uninstall Vista and get a genuine copy of XP SP3.

i had problems with vista, i would advise just making folder on your desktop and running the auto patcher from within that folder, this is the only way i have been able to get mir to work on my dual core lappy

If ur having the black floor problem you need some1 to send you 2 files, it usualy messes up on vista...

try re downloading the whole client, i use mir on a dual core vista laptop sometimes and it worked fine once i redownloaded the cilent
