Item duping and char ban

I decided to quit.
My main char ylla leader of the guild is probably permanently banned for an alleged duping. I waited a day or so to decide thinking of the advise of Lone not to act hastily.

However, there was a warning to have one leader in a guild. Formerly we have 3 and since i am a sucker for the established rules i leave ylla as the leader and relegated the 2 to the next in line. If and only if i would do any cheating, i will not use my main character, that added injury to the insult of that allegation. Since there is no leader, there is no way to extend the GT rental. Effectively the guild is dead

Lapta charged the char of ylla of item duping but since he change the log in password, all the character on that account can not play. Even the storage char is eventually banned.

It is not the character that is ban it is the player and so to save some effort from Lapta, since i also play jube, I will voluntary quit.

If this may help as an advice, place a level 30ish char as the leader of the guild, then don't level, don't trade, don't sell any in TM, don't even chat nor do anything as a precaution, the purpose of which is to preserve the guild.

I will not contest the decision of Lapta. It is his server and can do as he damn please. But i should give credit where the credit is due. It is the best mirserver so far. I thank Lapta for letting me play free of charge on his server.

I also have to thank the GMs which as i said sometimes acted overzealous but better as they are doing their responsiliblities and Pro Bono at that. I will still pray for Chaos( Dave I suppose?) for your recovery.

Sorry Craig, i can't help you build the Angel guild as plan but good luck. I don't hold any grudge for those who perenially PK me, you are my inspiration to level and orbs items to feign your attack. Those who have help me one way or another, thank you all, did have a wonderful time.

I am only encountered one ban(chat ban for 10 mins lols) in the long months i played here meted by Lone. Now it can be told Lone, if u still remember that i did not grief by dying, it is psymomo who died. But i think it was resolved with yorouchi (which is ur brother? n i thought he is a Japanese. I can converse fluently in Nihongo) the next day.

I eventually like you Lone because we have one thing in common, i also do not like liars and your comment on this game really makes sense, logical and with utmost player consideration.

I can't thought of any apologies cause i never bothered anyone, con, dupe, cheat though i have PKed unintentionally a few who have run in my bliz but i did return their drops, apologized profusely, give them items n gold for the inconvenience.

Sorry for the long post, hope you could bear this last time and goodluck to everybody. Been really a wonderful time while it lasted.

cant say i actually remember the incident but im glad its all in the past.

i hope you decide to come back to the game and everything gets sorted with your account.

he is just genuinely that nice.

jube was a great guy, probably one of the nicest people i ever met on mir and it's a shame that he has to quit over what seems to be a misunderstanding.

Ylla, dnt goooooooooooooooo. jus hold out till jamie has sorted it like he has said in the above post. u is a star m8 and a good person.

i knows for a fact that u would never contemplate gaining anything though any means other than legit gameplay. unfortunatly tho i do have to say duping may still have occured unintentionally. (dunno how tbh cuz i dnt have the 1st clue bout dupin XD) anyways im guessin its summert to do with storin the items and or taking them out again.

i does hope u do come back m8, craig xuero and yours truely have a place w8in in guild with ur name on it.

all these people that seem to think that are banned in a little worrying.

If you were implicated in the duping problem im sure your accoutn would be locked out till its investigated.

you account could be implicated in many different ways.

1.) you could of Duped items
2.) you could of traded duped items for someone else.
3.) someone could of accused yo uof duping items.
4.) you could of bought bones of the trust merchant which were duped
5.) Laptas screen might of refreshed at a strange moment and flashed you name up randomly.

there our other possibilities aswell, but you reaally shoudn't make a final decision until the issue has been resolved.

how can you know if the item you're buying is duped or not?
