Vista downgrade to WinXP

Anyone know here how to do this thingy?

Im on Windows Vista at the moment and i wanted to downgrade my OS to WinXP for some reason.

I have followed all the instructions i have found thru internet but still cant work on it.

Here how i tried to downgrade my Windows VISTA
1. Insert winXP bootable CD into CDRom.
2. Set CDRom to First Boot.
3. Restart the PC.
4. Hit any key to start winXP installer.
5. Run the winXP installer and let the installer installed everything. BUT
6. When the winXP installation asked me to find a directory where i want to install the winXP it doesnt show my Hard Drive in there. (which is SATA)

and thats my problem i dunno how does it work on SATA HD...

thats F6 if im not mistaken but i've done that already, the problem is i dunno where to get the RAID Driver. Yes thats my problem.

hdd manufacturer's website maybe a good start...

Yes you need to load the Sata drivers for the HDD.

Btw, thats not a downgrade, thats an Upgrade to Win XP

Its called downgrade of OS hun...

first released is winXP then Windows Vista so its called downgrading OS

it's an upgrade.

vista isn't an OS tbh. It's a pretty looking program that remind you how great XP is, even tho it dont look that nice:P

hear microsoft are doing away ith it, and going back to windows xp, and adding more stuff to that.
