HeavenArmour(M) gone due of reboot

Before the login gate crashed, my sister WitchYooHee took the HeavenArmour(M) from demonicSLAYER account and store.

After she took the HeavenArmour(M) from demonicSLAYER she logout, but since the login gate is not working she cant go back ingame so she logout totally with HeavenArmour(M) in her storage.

Server went down for reboot if i am not mistaken, but before that server went down WitchYooHee is not online and also demonicSLAYER is not online so no chance of them getting rewind from the reboot.

But when the server is up my brother Leshrac checked WitchYooHee's account to get his HeavenArmour(M) that my sister taken from demonicSLAYER's account. But it is not there even at demonicSLAYER's storage.

Apparently the HeavenArmour(M) is gone nowhere and we don't know why or where it goes.

Stats of the HeavenArmour(M): AC+3 AMC+2 Agil+1 MR+4 PR+4
