i can tell u the first one is outside bw palace :P there a few in EP there 1 in castle gi ryon on a pond carnt remmber the rest lol got it writen down sum were

It seems loads of old "unused" npcs are still in the same places but are now used for different sets for the pet quest.

The main NPC that gives you all the information you need is located right in front of the BW Palace. All you gotta do is Keep begging the NPC for more help and you will find the clues section. The Clues practically SCREAM where NPC's are located.
