the pets are very tough and need a decent amount of items to finish the quest because they can do alot of damage.

the pets can be downgraded im sure to match the amount of bones you have?!?!?!

i only ever see threads made by you that are complaining how hard something is. the quest is perfect the way it is, you only get the uber pets by putting in the hard graft to do so, otherwise go for the pets that are on the petrenter in bw sz.

wasnt the original requirement something in the region of 700 large bones tho? am sure some ppl completed when the ingredients where different numbers, but yes i agree with hitme tbh, at least make it the same as the threads of which you need 2100 each for red, black and white...

Spellcast has completed it with the new amount of bones / threads needed...didnt even take that long. Bone's were the longest tho.

tbh its a good thing, pets should only be used by taos to lvl, and have them rare tbh.

if they were easily obtainable people would use the mat all times, and would just pk every1.

Sorry but that quest has to remain as a very very time consuming one. I'm trying to do the quest myself on Dave. I just happen to be a wee bit too lazy to do it all asap lol

the quest is good as u get 5 pet scrolls only bad thing is we dont no when reboots r so dont no when best to use the pets lol

to be honest i think its a fair amount, considering rish players are paying as much as 200mil for one of the pet scrolls, i think having a massive target to reach with the large bones is a decent thing to have

you also havent mentioned the 1500+ of red/black/white threads or the 1200spider webs + the bug eyes,legs,shels and mandibles + the ores

its a massively large list of things to get but its totally achieveable by a level 30 character (it will take them ages and they will level loads in the process but its very achieveable)

i managed to get over half of the threads/spider webs last saturday, along with over 2000 bones over the course of the weekend, (i did have the girlfreind hunting in psc for me for most of the time )



personally i think its a great quest with a great reward at the end.

I think it;s fine.. as annoying as it is that i want 5 more scrolls now, so i can use my last one from the last quest, it needs to stay this way.

Like lone said, selling these scrolls is very profitable.

The pet quest can be completed by a group of 2 friends working together, or even 5.
You don't have to do this alone.
Find a friend, do most of the hunting/collecting together...

Sell one scroll, keep 2 each

100mil + 2 scrolls for your troubles. (and probobly a great deal worth of exp and chance of drops from BL/WT/iWT/iZT whilst you where collecting the ingredients/medals.)

i didnt mention the others b cuz ther quite easy 2 get, spider webs lol i just got 1200 in bout 1 hour. threads r a bit harder but i hav all wat i need. i just mention the large bones b cuz this is the last thing i need. i hav 3200 so far but that has took a few days of 24/7 in psc. i average bout 400-500 a hunt in there but the hunt is nearly all day cuz of other peeps in ther.

d1craig say wat u will but i think its called an opinion. yeah i may hav a moan but like i'v said b4 if u dont ask u dont get. also if nuffn gets changed il still complete the quest and im sure that im not the only one that thinks it is alot of bones.
