if you had been doing something a little dodgy on a noob character it might be that the account was banned due to that - need all names you have played on and also what message do you get when you try to connect.

staff members ban people in different ways so the messgae will help work out what type of ban it is.

Ask around, if you get one char banned, you end up with all your chars being banned

in the past i have seen noobs greifing and have ended up banning the account and then getting a mouthful of greif of the noob so instead of waiting to work out who the main character was i just kick them for the ban to come into affect and then wait for someone to come to the forum and say ..... why is my account banned????
