Bugged items (Snake Item fraud)

This morning I logged on my Char, I went to the trust merchant only to find some snake items which were lvl 220+ to use (hat / boots/ necky / ring), even tho these items were dura 2 i reckon there still worth something.
I sold them cheap then few mins later Lapta comes online and says dont buy snake items as theres lots about and they are bugged.
I had 3 items left and was gutted that I couldnt sell those i had left, I didnt try to sell anymore.

Trouble I have now is that I am banned and Lapta says Give him 7 bill or I cannot get my char back.
Any gold I made I gave to my bro ( I owed him) hense y I have this problem.

I am truly sorry for anyone that lost gold in buying these items and will repay what I owe.
It was never my intension to defraud anybody.

And lapta if ur reading this could u take the gold off me as and when I make it back instead of banning my account ?.............

Thats not the whole story...

You sold the items on a noob character, which u then deleted. and the character in question was online when i did the shout as you PM'ed me on the character, and when the person who u sold the item too asked you to return the items, you logged off.

Ok I deleted a noob char that had snake items on it.............. they were worthless.
And I couldnt return what I no longer had.

You had 3 bill,. the clearring, and devilstaff in your bag, as i returned them to the dude

I had nothing in my bag so whos items did u return?

also I traded 1 item for a clearring and a devil staff..................not 3 bill / devilstaff / clearring

no point carrying on with this thread. you obv knew what you were doing hense the noob chara which you then deleted. follow this up with lapta away from forums as between the 2 of you. not the whole of mir.
