jamie, don't know why you give out items/levels etc before any donations have cleared. i know i pay by credit card, so that is instant but on paypal you should wait for all donations to be secure then pass out kit etc.

I see your point and in some cases id tend to agree, for first time donators etc but for regular good customers obviously a level of mutual trust and respect is used. With the number of successful donations iv made id be insulted if Jamie thought he needed to wait for my payment to clear before he gave me the gg or items.
Of course Jamie has the ultimate insurance, can either take items from a chara or weild the ban hammer.

Not even read bignevs reply, but something tells me i don't need to.

So for those who give a ***, which i would say is none of you.

As a regually donater, i give people credit, £20 till friday, £40 till end of the month etc.

From wat i remember, which isn't much about this, bignev had £200 worth of credit to upgrade his lord items to chaos items.

Once the upgrades were done nev was doing my head in over something or other, so i banned him, perm banned him, didnt care about the money owed on the account, but nev then logged on about 7 million noob characters to PM IRCHEATING in game, so in the end vicky gave in and agreed that bignev could be unbanned and she would deal with him. I was happy with this as i didnt have deal with him anymore.

IRCHEATING did a donate £10 and get a random item event, he got 2 devil items i think (saying devil as i know that was the lowest items u could get) and he wasnt happy with this so opened a dispute with paypal. After about 3 hours of him crying and moaning and begging IRCHEATING agreed to unban his account if he stopped the dispute, which he did. I think it was at this point IRCHEATING also told nev that she could no longer cope with him and that if he was to carry on playing the server he wasnt allowed to pm GM's, he agreed to this also.

So everything was good for about an hour, only messing, was ok for a good 5 days i think it was, until he was due to make his final payment of £120, this would of bought his account up to date and debt free. It was a friday. So friday night when IRCHEATING logs on, about 7, she pm'ed bignev ask to pay up, he seemed to be AFK, so IRCHEATING teleported to him, he was in his GT, she stood there for about 40 minutes waiting for him to come back, when he did come back he was talking to some random person about something, then IRCHEATING pm'ed him and he logged off. So we left the account until middnight for him to get in touch, however he never got in touch so the account got banned at midnight, as with all accounts that have outstanding debts.

So on the saturday i think it was he logs in game and talks to IRCHEATING about being banned, and she explains why, even tho he knew the reasons, but then went on to go on about how some other random player who owed £10 didnt get banned for not paying up when he was meant to, to which he was told that his account has nothing to do with other players, at which point he started kicking off, and going on about how unfair that this other player wasnt banned, so vicky kicked and banned that character also. About 20 minutes late a dispute with paypal was open over the £220 he had paid in the last 3 months.

Once the dispute was open bignev made no atemp to make contact with me wat so ever, so in my eyes he had left due to being banned, and the paypal dispute just said to me that he not coming back.

So 3 weeks / a month went past, and paypal tell me the dispute was over and they had found in my favor. What you know within 12 hours bignev was on msn to me expecting me to just unban his account, but i had already sold his account on for the outstand money owed £120.

He wasnt happy about this for some reason, like he had done anything wrong, and everything was my fault.

So as i did feel a bit sorry for him i agreed to help him out, by giving him a level 150 character and £700 worth of gamegold or levels at double gamegold rate, so £1400 in total, however for some reason i am now somehow in the wrong by helping him out.

So i had to ban him again, as i know no matter wat i do he is still going to go on at me.


End of the day opening a paypal dispute is an automatic ban, but as i am a nice guy i gave bignev a second chance, well i think this is like the 80th chance he has had.

Thats the basic story, missing out all the insults he gave me when he was 1st banned, and the amount of time we spend on him...

I am not a GM i am the owner of the server, who has given you so many chances in game that i have lost count, and i bet i could find 50 people who agree with me that you should of never been unbanned.

You agreed to make payments on a friday or have your account banned, you never made payments and advoided talking to a GM about it, so you were banned.
