As i am removing evil province, the only place you can special repair 24/7, should i now make speical repair for rebirthed players only?

Not realy as ppl who aren't RB will just get a RB friend to do the repairs for them, so I say open to all as it will just cause work for RB chas (doubt they would mind as helping a friend lol)

For all tbh, bit unfair as fair amount of people are miles away from rebirthing BUT maybe give rebirth players a little discount, as it costs like 200m + to repair all chaos kit >.<

But this could be a feature for GW.
