He means he has reinstalled windows on it. I had a similar problem with a PC i built recently but I just installed the network drivers and it worked fine

Best bet is google the error you recieve - its what I do ... well that and call Lapta!!

Goto LG website fimd thedriver package , windows itself doesnt carry all the required drivers for video and ethernet cards
