Lag Issue- Advice needed

Trying to work out how to resolve a issue i have, since joining MR i get 2 step lag, my pc and net connection are perfect ( Bt Broadband 8 mb based in london), and also i've tested on 3 other servers and i run smoothly but only on MR i get 2 step lag so im trying to determine what the cause is.

If anyone has any ideas please share them as its holding me back from playing properly :S

turn off ur n1 hax!!!

server is DOS protected, so it will only accept aproved data. Not approve data by me, but approved data from some database that the hosting company has, so if ur ISP or country is blacklisted by the hosting company, your access to the network is going to be limited.

There is nothing i can do about this sorry, but if you forward me your IP address i can forward it to the hosting company, who MIGHT change the access right to their network.

The internet has become a bit of a ****ty place in the last few years, so hosting companie need to apply these sort of rules to protect them self. In the near future, countries and ISP who do not agree to the rules of server company will just end up being locked out of most networks, i know that it is NOT your fault, but server hosts are and always will be, unable to pinpoint single IP addresses, so its easier to block an IP range.

do you know if they have limited orange broadband? cos ive been having nightmare lag problems since server changed over.

eg lag to the point were sometimes i get funny letters wen loggng on and items missing from bag etc.
