For some reason it taking like 50 - 60 seconds to connect to the server, normal takes around 4. There is no problem with the server connection it's self, so i think there is a problem on either my connection or the hsoting company connection.

To stop any futher lag i am going to stop working for the day

seems one of the major hub/switchs in the UK is down/running very very slow, which is causing lag for people who are routing throw this hub/switch.
