Just to reply to some of the posts in the thread http://www.mirrevenge.com/forums/mir...p-service.html without angering the post-happy Lapta monster

I know I haven't been online much over the holidays, but I haven't seen anything to make me think the drop files have been drastically changed over the holidays. Given that UltSpeed has just uploaded a screenshot in another thread from less than a month ago of him getting a Paralysis Ring drop from an Oma Lord, yes I know Oma Lord is a bit harder now but last month I had some really good drops from it as well (not quite as good as Ult's though

)

I agree completely about Zombie Lords, I haven't hunted there for a long time because XL orbs aren't worth getting battered around for, especially now that XL orbs have to be sold to TM to make any gold. The only other drops I've ever had in ZL is Robe of Myths lol

Would also agree about those Spider bat things being way too hard, if Turtle King was mean't to be group hunted then yeah make the KR tough and make the run to it long but the run to it shouldn't be as hard or harder than the KR itself. I personally don't understand what's going on in Spider Lair, it was only a few weeks ago that I managed to run through it and get to Turtle King when I kinda assumed I was heading for Spider King/Queen lol.

All in all I would say the drop files are better than ever, but like I said I haven't been online much over the holidays so do feel free to have your say here

P.S. I would like to know what Booster and DOA are saying Eddy has been doing over the last month, all Eddy has told me about was his 4k bonus points on DC haha

most ive had dropped was maggotboots and lord itms. would like to see maybe 1-2 orbs dropping frm lower bosses.

ppl think drops files r **** for a couple simple reasons

1 noot enough ppl play now adays so god/lord items go in tm now king items r worth liek 1b now so wen ppl get these items drop they think its **** witch atmo it is most ppl just store king items and leave em there cuz they do not sell

2 ppl now only need rb1 items or aboove witch r very rare witch they need to b rare but ppl aint getting em meaning every1 is telling u drops r **** wen they aint but theres far to many ppl ingame now only need chaos or above and theres none selling but at same time we dont want em being a tm item in a few months like lord items r now

ZL drops are at a very high rate due there being 220 in spawning at once!
when 4 bl spawns there at 1/1k or somethink.
ZL = 1/20. or so.

Omg what's with your jibberish! lol

So BichonLord is 1/1 whatever that means, and ZombieLord is 1/20, so ZombieLords are meant to be 20 times easier than BichonLords?

Please consider the following points when making a drop file:

- level of hardness the area is where the boss is located
- time needed to travel to the location
- hardness of the boss itself

In my eyes zombielords cave is the most challenging cave there is, it doesnt matter what level of rebirth you are, you still have a high risk dieing. Shame these bosses drop files have been made worse instead of made better.

ive killed loads of bosses before and after they have been altered, havent had a realy good drop in ages but had god and a few lord items. its just getting the bosses at the right time tbh, i never do lol. had a shadow suit m from ol ages ago best drop ive ever had

even though you are high lv god3, you lack in skills in many ways tbh.

The drop files arent too bad, ive god loads of drops, it just needs to be balanced on the points ive posted above.

think the biggest problem with drop files, is people standing in BW expecting to get drops cus they hunt twice a week, people like god3 who hunt alot get better drops due to the "luck" (not luck on weapons) but the luck in the database, which some people call body luck. My personal luck is something like minus 10,000 + due to my time online related to the amount of mobs i have killed would be something like, 1,000 hours to 10 mobs killed.

I have no idea how body luck works in these files as i dont have the source code, but i am sure that if i was to check the body luck of players who say the drop files are ****, it will be minus body luck.
