Need help with a few things

I haven't logged on to MR in almost a years time due to business. Last i logged on was to get my Toon to rebirth lvl1 so my toon wasn't wiped.

I'm almost home from South America now and I'm still interested in returning to MR when I return home.

I have forget how to obtain RB items, as I have taken off Lord items and not been able to put them back on due to level.
How do I reincarnate my lord items so I can wear them again?

getting to lvl 97 is the only way to put them back on. theres a free RB kit given by a NPC in @town but you dont want that for to long lol. You need to get a King kit as that starts from lvl 60, or buy shadow kit, (as im gessing your a tao)

Ah thank you, and no i'm a wizz. My signature is from years ago when MR had med and low rate servers, just never changed it.
