i have heard that as long as your lvl 90/95/100 etc still you can respawn the foxes if you use it
anybody know where the npc is?

why would you wont them back? they near useless lol.
get a pet tele if 95 and get numas.
if 65 lend a zuma helm from your guild.
but the nnpc was in ship map dont know where it moved to.The Google of Mir.

it got moved to serp vally i think it was around 200:285 but not 100% sure on cords.....
