i spoke to lapta told him exactly wot happened wen i spoke to him didnt mension any guilds or names etc and he told me wot happened last night andres just standing in the middle of a fight pnsing the oposite guild ppl who r brown and no white players knowing we aint gona kill him cuz hes on his noob char with crap kit etc is classed as grief just liek me and doa told u it was so u can take some action now as its been proven wot he did was grief

And like I said to you last night, if he was running into your fight or stand in the middle of where you were fighting it would be grief. Unless you are talking about something that I didn't see, then you are accusing him of grief for being on a character that isn't rebirthed (which i happen to know is his only taoist) and at no point did I see him running towards you to get killed, in fact all I saw him doing was hiding behind god3 and tigmart to poison and puri. He was playing normally, trying to avoid being killed and therefore there is no grief involved.

Like I also said to you last night, I cannot ban every character in the game that is not in a safe zone and are not brown, as much as you would like me to. I myself prefer not to be brown, no matter what I'm doing.

The only bannable action I am aware of last night was the abuse from yourself, but as "a 3 day ban is nothing for you" i decided to waver your ban and see how things play out.

i told him exactly wot a char was doing psning brown ppl only on a noob char to help there guild fight i told him he wasnt running into hits etc that we did hit him but luckily none of us 1 hit him

I highlighted "andres just standing in the middle of a fight" for a reason. I'm not going to repeat myself, he wasn't "standing in the middle of a fight" he just wasn't in the safe zone so that if any of you didn't get purified and he went brown then he wouldn't be brown in the safe zone. He was running away when you got near and playing as normal, and that's the end of it unless you have any screenshots to prove he was actually in the way of your fight.

Yes I am still saying it is NOT grief.

And that screenshot, for a start is of god3's blizzard, and ANDRES is behind him and no where near you.

Lapta is too busy with the server files to be farting around with a problem like this, if you are still unhappy with what I am telling you then please have IRCHEATING give her verdict on unrebirthed characters not being in safe zone and not being brown, I have said all I need to say countless times now and I'm completely fed up with it.

he might be stood next to god3 but if i actack god3 its quite easy to kill him y im hitting god3 y do u need vickys verdict u have jamies LAPTA has said its grief and get me wrong but isnt jamie the owner and hes said its grief so surely its grief? or am i just 2 yrs odl and dont get how this works usealy wen jamie says somin it happens has hes the owner? or am i wrong and hes just the muppet running it and fixing bugs and he givs all he donations to sombody else and gets fk all?

If said char logged on a low lvl is pretty much gonna cause grief, so yea id class this as grief when the char is standing in the way to make someone brown/drop.

yh it makes us always be brown becuzz obv wen one of our taos curse he gets cursed making are taos always brown hence there white so makes all of us brown meaning he can just stand there psning us

even if he wasnt making us brown login on a char liek that witch isnt gona get pked cuz noob lvl and kit etc and psning brown ppl only is still grief as doing it on a wizz useing fc to turn them blue is grief

so there ya go nickbob both server owners have now told u its grief u gona take action now?

As I said, he was not in the way, and was not between you making you brown or getting in the way of hits.

Lapta just didn't read what you said to him samy, he has more important things to do.

And the end of the story is, samy, it is not grief to be a level 90 character, nor is it grief to not attack white players.

If Lapta or IRCHEATING would like to adjust the rules to make these things grief then be sure to let me know.
