Can't imagine fighting on a slow pc with a touchpad, I've not been "slow" since the early years of Mir, when I was on AOL dial-up with a 2.0ghz Celeron with a built in gfx card (anyone who knows anything about computers will most likely wet themselves laughing). Since then I've had a pc capable of playing WoW at decent visual levels without lagging me to death, so Mir has always been ok. :P

When was your pc (well, laptop) last reformatted? If it wasn't within the last 6 months, I strongly suggest doing it, especially if you don't know how to clean/maintain it and have been doing it from the start. I'm sure Lone and a few others can give you better advice than I can, but I've done a good dozen or more reformats, so I'm not a complete pc-nub these days.

As scary as it can be, it's often best to get a basic guide (I can tell you how to reformat a pc, assuming you have a Windows disc, in about 3 minutes flat) and to just go for it, it's not like you can lose information or delete something you shouldn't of, lol. If (for whatever reason) you don't want to reformat, make sure you use your Disk Cleanup and Defrag once a week, helps keep things together and run a bit quicker.

Yeah, a reformat is literally removing all the information from your pc (I won't go in to details about programs that dig up old info, as that's extensive and I don't know that much about it), your best bet is to either get an old pc to put the music etc on while you do the reformat (that's what I'll be doing with my 50gb of films, lol), or if you can fit it on, get a mini flash stick, they're only £15-20 for a good sized one (talking 8GB+).

hitzor I know is playing 4H, whether he's enjoying it or not I don't know, no idea about Yoof/Dall (I know Dall had a refund, so I expect Yoof and hitz did too) though. I'd be rather surprised if they don't come back now that Lone's running the server, 4H is dire and I wouldn't be surprised if USA Mir pulled their fingers out and had them shut down any time now. :P

Whats is 4H and ermm i have a whole seprate hardrive to put me shizzle on ill look at it tomorrow thanks and hope ppl from old extreme play cause enjoyed it with them they just got pissed off cause there was a wipe.

USA Mir (literally) ran by Ben, who ran OS (took huge sums of donations for items, ****ed the server up and treated "girls"/people that cried very differently to normal players, apparently) with a few others. I saw people offering help earlier on (on the forums), all the Admins were welcoming it and saying how helpful it would be, after 3 days or so Ben comes out with "I'll ignore them anyway", LOL. Best to leave it there, there's a more in depth discussion by Lapta in the HR section.

If the separate HDD has Windows etc installed (or is being used as a slave, not too sure how that works, though I doubt it's complex), then you can easily slap all your files on there, then take them back when you've reformatted the main one.

If you want I can pm you (might be worth you making a thread in the off-topic section so it helps anyone else in future) a basic walk through to do the reformatting process, it's VERY simple and considering I did it right the first time, it's safe to assume it's idiot proof.

4H isn't worth the download time and it's rare that I say that about a game, read the thread I mentioned and you'll see most of the reason I say that.
